It was a pleasure meeting you at the 4th Annual Quincy ECHS Symposium!
We help students become the leaders they were made to be:
By Inspiring them to believe they can lead and sparking each student's leadership self-efficacy.
By Equipping them to become effective leaders, through engaging instruction on research-based leadership frameworks.
By Empowering them to apply their leadership learning in the school community through identifying opportunities where they can apply their leadership learning in meaningful ways that impact school culture.
Leadership Seminars for Students
Want to level-up the leadership of a cohort of students? Our team of leadership educators are available to provide Leadership Seminars for groups of up to 60. Through full-day, half-day, or multi-day programs we can help your students become the leaders they were made to be through an unforgettable leadership development experience. This is a great option for any student cohort- from grade level groups, to athletic teams, to Student Government bodies, or students in need of a restorative reset - the options are limitless.

Professional Development for Staff
Want to help your staff build a culture of student leadership in your schools? We provide customized Professional Development workshops targeted to the unique needs of each partner district. We also offer a two-day workshop for teachers interested in launching Leadership Electives at their school and a one-day workshop for educators seeking to integrate leadership within existing courses, athletic programs, or student organizations.
Participants receive access to our full digital library of curriculum resources for the entire course as well as supplies and materials they need to bring our curriculum to life for their students. The videos below are testimonials from two teachers in the Appointed to Lead Educators Network who have implemented our curriculum at their schools:
